Colbeck Mews was a three-bedroom new-build property in Catford, staged to show how it could work for a young couple now and adapt as family life evolves.

The bedrooms were generous, but the smaller living room and narrow dining space needed more thought. A generous sectional gave the living room a clear purpose and enough seating for several people, while a long dining table made the most of the narrower space and still allowed for family meals and entertaining.

One of the bedrooms was staged as a double workspace, showing how the house could support two people working from home while keeping the space flexible for the future.

At a time when sales across the development had slowed, the property received six offers and sold above the asking price.
