“They really understand homes and the people that might live in them. They feel like a real partner and we, as an agency, trust them.”
Strudel Design
Fount Spring Place was an existing one-bedroom show apartment for Southern Housing. The brief was to create a more individual scheme for its intended buyer while retaining selected original pieces.
We reconsidered the layout, sourced new furniture, artwork and accessories and styled the apartment throughout. In the long, narrow living space, the sofa was moved away from the window to make more of the natural light, while an oversized round dining table was replaced with a rectangular one to create a clearer dining area and help the room feel wider.
Existing pieces were retained where they still worked, with new additions introduced selectively to bring the scheme together.
Following installation, a buyer at the development purchased the furniture and accessories from the show apartment.
