This one-bedroom show apartment was styled for Southern Housing as part of a wider marketing initiative for the development.

The brief was to transform an existing show apartment into a more cohesive and aspirational home that buyers could easily connect with.

Through considered space planning, layered textures and carefully curated furnishings, the apartment was transformed into a home that felt warm, welcoming and intentionally designed.

The finished scheme resonated so strongly that a prospective purchaser asked to buy the furniture, artwork and accessories alongside the apartment.
